A different kind of
clinical thinking.
Many of my clients have already worked so hard to be well. They've followed the plans and eaten the right foods, yet they still don't feel right. What I’ve learned over the years is that this is not a willpower problem, but a physiological one; and it requires a completely different method of clinical thinking to solve.
Clinical Framework
Functional Medicine
Root-cause investigation across all body systems, not symptom management.
Psychoneuroimmunology
Recognising the constant dialogue between your brain, hormones, and immune system.
Trauma-Informed Care
Understanding how past experience shapes present physiology, immunity, and behaviour.
Nutritional Therapy
Targeted nutrition and supplementation based on your biochemical individuality.
Nervous System Regulation
Working with, not against, your threat response and capacity for recovery.
Attachment-Informed Practice
A clinical relationship built on safety, because you cannot heal in a body that doesn't feel safe.
What This Looks Like in Practice
We go slowly. Rapid change is another stressor on a system already under load. Every recommendation is calibrated to what your body can genuinely integrate right now.
Your symptoms are not the enemy, but signals; often intelligent, protective responses to a system doing its best under difficult circumstances. We work to understand them together, not simply suppress them.
We work on the whole picture. Physiology, history, patterns, relationships, capacity, all of it matters because treating a single marker while ignoring the context it lives in is rarely enough for complex cases.
The way I work is particularly effective for chronic and complex cases: fatigue, burnout, autoimmunity, post-viral illness, hormonal disruption, digestive dysfunction and the conditions that accumulate quietly over years.
